Fuel Pump Control Panel Project

Designed and deployed with Wildy Enterprises Ltd. | Industrial Automation Done Right

πŸ“˜ Project Summary

This project was developed in collaboration with Wildy Enterprises Ltd. to design and implement a PLC-based control system for fuel pump automation. The system includes level-based auto/manual control, emergency logic, and visual/audible indicators β€” all housed in a field-ready cabinet.

πŸ“Έ Final Assembly

Final Control Panel
The final product β€” our PLC control panel fully wired and ready. This box includes all safety components, organized wiring, and programmable logic for field use. Built for durability and flexibility, it is adaptable to future industrial tasks.

πŸ› οΈ Fabrication Phase

Drilling Panel Base
During our fabrication stage, I contributed to precision drilling and layout planning to ensure our cabinet would have no interference or overcrowding. Measurements were taken based on AutoCAD drawings.

πŸ”Œ Team Integration

Team Wiring
Our team effort on wiring was crucial. While I led the PLC programming, I also helped route and terminate wires in a logical and CSA-compliant way. It taught me valuable lessons about wire planning and labeling.

🧰 Component Layout

Top Down TECO Panel
Shown here is our final layout β€” compact but clean. All components are accessible and clearly marked. The panel includes a TECO PLC, motor contactor, terminal blocks, and auxiliary alarm outputs.

🧠 Schematics & PLC Logic

The following materials demonstrate the system’s electrical design and programmable logic. These schematics are proprietary to Wildy Enterprises Ltd. and are presented for portfolio showcase only.
